The Office of Transport Safety Investigations (OTSI) has developed a Public Interest Disclosure Policy following the introduction of the new Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Act 2022which took effect in October 2023. OTSI takes reports of serious wrongdoing seriously and is committed to building a ‘speak up’ culture where public officials are encouraged to report any conduct that they reasonably believe involves wrongdoing.
OTSI’s integrity relies on staff, volunteers, contractors, and subcontractors speaking up when they become aware of wrongdoing.
